19 February, Athens. The first ADAS&ME Plenary meeting of 2019 took place in the Greek capital. The venue was the Hotel Divani Palace and the organization of that two-days event was developed by the local partner CERTH with the collaboration of University of Patras. The first day started with a WP8 session where the end-user’s survey and its objectives were presented. After the impact aspects of ADAS&ME, an overview of driver/rider detection state modules and HMI and automated functions were presented before the use case presentations focused on integration and technical verification status of each demonstrator.
The second day started with a speech from the project coordinator Anna Anund followed by the presentation of Dissemination work package status which included the use case animated videos for the first time. The meeting continued with the presentation of architectural framework and system specification from TUC and DUCATI, and an overview of WP3, WP4 and WP5. Last but not least, topics such as decision systems, iterative simulations and demonstrations and final pilot planning were discussed before the end of the meeting.
Next plenary meeting will take place in June in Magdenburg (Germany) and it will be organized by OVGU.
