The whole ADAS&ME consortium met for the second time (after the kick-off meeting) in Stuttgart, from 14 to 16 December 2016, kindly hosted by Fraunhofer/IAO.
On the 14th, several parallel thematic workshops were organized focusing on early key aspects of the project, such as refinement of critical scenarios and Use Cases, Driver/Rider state monitoring issues, discussion of aspects on System architecture & specifications, and HMI actions and transitions.
On the 15th, the action list since last meeting was revised, and administrative information was provided by the project coordinator, Dr Anna Anund. Work Package progress was presented by WP leaders on WP1, WP3 and WP4.
On the 16th, the remaining WP’s were presented and discussed, and the participants had the opportunity to test drive in the FhG/IAO simulator. In the picture, Stefania Grosso, from Osborne Clarke feeling not much confident after letting the car drive autonomously, with Karel Kreuter, from Denso, sitting on the passenger seat and feeling far more confident 🙂
